Yoga for Sensitive Knees

9:00 - 10:30 AM


This 90-minute gentle yoga practice is designed to be mindful of those with knee injuries and sensitivities. We will focus on poses that strengthen the knees and stretch muscles commonly linked with knee pain. Soft foam rollers and other tools will be used to ease muscle tension throughout class.
