Join me for a 4-week series where we will use gentle asana, stretching and myofascial release to target tight areas of the body. Learn to use soft foam rollers to ease muscle tension, increase mobility and leave you feeling refreshed! This will be just what you need after months in quarantine!

The simplicity of a yin practice allows us to return to our bodies and explore the deeper layers of ourselves. It offers a chance to slow down and learn to be at peace with stillness. Yin yoga may be helpful in managing stress, anxiety or getting in touch with our emotions, as well as inviting softness and opening into the deep connective tissues surrounding the joints. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed!
